Quick answers

The questions City Hall hears most often. Still stuck? We’re happy to help.

When does the City Council meet?

Regular meetings are the first and third Tuesday of each month at 6:00 pm in the downstairs conference room of the Athol Community Center, 30355 N Third Street. If the meeting falls on a holiday, it’s held the next day at the same time.

How do I pay my water bill?

Pay online through the secure payment portal. You’ll need the name on the account, your account number (top right corner of your bill), an email address and a phone number. You can also pay at City Hall or by phone with Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express.

Who do I call for a water emergency after hours?

Call the Water Operator at (208) 683-1130. For fire, medical or police emergencies, always call 911.

My address says Athol. Am I inside city limits?

Not necessarily. The Athol ZIP code covers a much larger area than the city itself. Check the Zip Code vs. City Limits map, or call City Hall.

Can I bring my dog to the city park?

No. Under Athol City Code §6-5-7, all domestic animals, including dogs, are prohibited in city parks.
